Why is the container 12 weeks long?
My coaching container is 12 weeks long as the longer we work together, the better I can help and support you, set proper systems in place, make proper behavioural changes and build sustainable habits that will get you closer to your deepest desires, your BIG goals and aspirations.
How are you the right person for helping me?
I am an ICF certified coach who is fully qualified to support individuals via coaching.
Moreover, having gone through many phases of life transitions myself, I have lived experience of what you are going through - I have been there, done that and got the t-shirt. So, I TOTALLY get you - I know all too well how it feels to be in your shoes.
I've never gotten coaching before...Is coaching for me?
Coaching is most definitely for you! It does not matter if you have not worked with a coach before - all a good coaching partnership requires is that the Client comes with an open mind about the coaching process!
What if I can't make it to a scheduled coaching call?
Life happens! The cancellation policy for scheduled coaching calls is 48 hours’ notice prior to scheduled meeting. Failure to do so will result in the client missing out on the scheduled coaching call.
